There’s no doubt that artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way we live, work, and solve complex problems—in the workplace, in society, and in our personal lives. For organizations with a centralized ERG budget, processing funding requests can be a time-consuming endeavor, with several human touchpoints. By leveraging AI, organizations and ERG program managers can automate funding requests to minimize these touchpoints and streamline the process. This also helps to mitigate potential bias, increase transparency, and make the process more eqitable.
