Ian is an accomplished business leader with experience designing, leading, and scaling global workplace programs and strategies. With a background in communications, human resources, employee resource groups (ERGs), and organizational leadership, Ian brings a wealth of skill and knowledge to the table, helping Ergtopia deliver exceptional value and positive impact to our clients, partners, and stakeholders around the world.
Ian holds a master's degree in organizational leadership with a focus on human resources from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a bachelor's degree in strategic communications from the University of Northern Colorado. When he's not busy leading Ergtopia, engaging our partners and stakeholders, Ian enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his partner, Andy, at their home in Cleveland, Ohio.
