How do organizations participate in the Best Companies for ERGs process?
Organizations participate by completing a digital survey that consists of questions aligned to the Best Companies for ERGs criteria. Only one submission is accepted per participating organization.
How is evidence scored?
Evidence is scored on a pass/fail basis, meaning no partial points will be awarded for any evidence submitted. Employers must meet all requirements in order to earn the 'One of the Best Workplaces for ERGs' designation.
Can I amend my submission after I've submitted?
Yes. If you need to make an amendment to your submission, please contact us.
Will we be given a preview of our score before awards are released?
Yes. All submissions will be scored and returned to the primary contact on file prior to the release of the designees and results to the public. However, we ask that you do not share your results until the official launch date (to be communicated).
Is there a cost associated with submission?
No. There is no cost to participate in the Best Workplaces for ERGs recognition process. It is free and open to any organization.
